ABOUT KATIE EMMA
Katie Emma is an illustrator creating stories and illustrations for kids (and grown ups, too!) She's the creator behind Taxicat, a hand-painted comic for young adults about a pair of unlikely animal friends who stumble into a mystery that would be better left alone.
Katie Emma earned her bachelor's degree in Creative Writing for Young Adults at Mills College with a minor in Book Art, and is a member of the SCBWI.
She works in the San Diego area and enjoys birdwatching and running in her free time.
